Sales and Marketing Managar (Field-Based | Male Candidates Preferred)📍 Location: Gurugram | 🕐 Full-Time | 🏗️ Construction Industry Scaffolding Hub is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern who’s ready to hit the ground running. This is not your typical desk job — we’re looking for male candidates who are confident in fieldwork, ready to meet clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business. What You’ll Do:Actively visit construction sites, builders, and contractors to introduce Scaffolding Hub's services. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and collecting on-ground data. Support the sales team in real-time client interactions and follow-ups. Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm. Contribute to marketing strategy based on real field insights. Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships. What We’re Looking For:Male candidate, preferably with a two-wheeler for site visits. Someone who is street-smart, persuasive, and understands construction-related B2B sales. Experience in field marketing/sales is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer interaction skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to earn more through performance-based incentives.
