Sales Marketing Manager

As a Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager at Growths, a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Bhopal, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to expand our brand presence and revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service. - Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the management team to design promotional materials and campaigns. - Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and customer preferences. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance updates. - Lead and mentor sales/marketing team members (for Manager role). **Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in sales & marketing (executive/manager role preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office. - Target-driven, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
