Job Description: Tender management work: 25 to 45 years (SAL + 0.5% INCENTIVE OF TENDER BIDING VALUE) Tender managememt with Liaisoning work: 45 to 60 years ( SAL + TA +DA + 1% TO 2% INCENTIVE OF TENDER BIDING VALUE) We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tender Executive / Senior Tender Manager with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in GeM, IREPS, E-Procurement, Defence Tenders, and other government portals. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete tendering process, from product uploads and documentation to filing, coordination, and securing L1 positions. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, track, and participate in relevant government tenders through GeM, IREPS, Defence, and other platforms. Handle mandatory registrations, permits, approvals, and documentation related to GeM, Municipality, PWD, Defence, Railways, BRO, etc. Prepare, review, and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines. Maintain strong liaison with government departments and authorities. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers to ensure smooth tender participation and approvals. Coordinate internally with technical, finance, and production teams to match tender specifications. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain records for successful order closures. Preferred (Not Mandatory) – Government Liaisoning SkillsCandidates with experience in government liaisoning, including: Handling government sales by visiting departments Giving presentations and product demos Building strong relationships with officials Driving negotiations and closing deals …will be given additional preference.
