**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for hotel products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives and objectives.
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows to showcase products.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects. - Maintain an organized database of marketing contacts and leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, internships or relevant coursework will be considered a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms).
• Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
