Our mission is to become the trusted one-stop marketplace for school uniforms, books, learning tools, and classroom essentials across the country.

As we expand, we’re seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to take charge of both consumer marketing and B2B sales outreach to schools, educational institutions, and corporate partners.

Role Overview

This hybrid role blends high-level marketing strategy with direct sales execution. The ideal candidate will not only lead our digital marketing efforts but also build and manage partnerships with schools and institutional buyers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (B2C & B2B):

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and content
  • Increase brand awareness and online engagement across multiple channels
  • Optimize SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising for performance
  • Create marketing materials tailored to schools, parents, and institutional buyers
  • Lead seasonal campaigns based on the academic calendar

Sales (B2B Division):

  • Identify and target schools, educational institutions, NGOs, and vendors for partnerships
  • Pitch SkoolMart’s offerings to school procurement teams and decision-makers
  • Build a B2B sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Attend education fairs, expos, and networking events to generate leads
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business
  • Provide input on bulk pricing, deals, and client-specific marketing support

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
  • Demonstrated success in managing B2B relationships and closing sales deals
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and e-commerce strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or CRM systems
  • (Bonus) Experience in the education, retail, or ed-tech sectors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
