Responsibilities:

*B.E Electrical with experience in handling HT/LT Switchgear business from Panel Builders / New Projects

*Strong understanding of LV/MV switchgear products and control panels

*Good Market knowledge and experience in prospecting, offer making, optimizing BOQ, negotiating and closing orders from Panel Builders / New Projects.     

*Excellent communication skills

*Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Aurangabad/Mumbai/Pune region as required.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

*Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

*Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

*Willingness to travel as required.

*Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
