Job Responsibilities
· Marketing strategy: Create and manage marketing plans, including creating & appointing New Distributors & Dealers, pricing, and arranging promotional events like Fair of Garments & Apparel.
· Market research: Identify target locations and areas, analyze market trends, and forecast future needs and business. Identify competitors holding market, analysis the data and projection of business opportunity.
· Branding: Maintain brand image and public relations, and promote the brand at events.
· Team management: Lead and train the Sales Representative teams, ensuring their sales performance, productivity, payment collection as per target on regular basis.
· Reporting: Prepare and present reports to the management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
