Job Summary: We are looking for a result-driven and field-oriented Sales Representative with compulsory experience in the garment sector across Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base in Bihar, especially targeting wholesalers, retailers, and distributors of ready-made garments. Key Responsibilities: Actively visit and maintain relationships with garment wholesalers and retailers in Bihar. Generate sales orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients in untapped markets. Understand local trends and customer demands to provide market feedback. Coordinate with the Kolkata-based head office for order processing, dispatches, and stock updates. Meet monthly sales targets and maintain daily reporting on client visits and outcomes. Represent the company in trade shows or market gatherings in the Bihar region. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience in the garment industry within Bihar (mandatory). Strong client network and familiarity with local markets in Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Gaya, or surrounding districts. Must be comfortable with regular field travel across Bihar. Fluent in Hindi and preferably local dialects; basic English and Bengali a plus. Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
