Job Description: Ambassador Cements Limited is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow its sales and distribution network in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B and B2C sales, team management, and developing distributor channels. Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B and B2C segments Identify, appoint, and manage distributor and dealer networks Drive sales growth across assigned territories by building strong client relationships Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities Prepare and present regular sales reports to management Represent the company at trade shows, industry meets, and client presentations Required Skills :Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales Deep understanding of distributor and dealer channel management Goal-oriented with excellent leadership qualities Ability to work independently and manage field-based operations
