As a Sales and Marketing Field Executive at LordsVeda / DiagnoPlus Healthcare Services, your role will involve taking the lead in driving growth, building relationships, and creating market buzz. You will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve targets. Your responsibilities will include promoting products through various digital and offline channels, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships. Additionally, you will conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and engage with medical stores, doctors, and healthcare professionals for product promotion in a B2B capacity. Travel within the assigned area for business expansion will also be a part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve targets. - Promote products through various digital and offline channels. - Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships. - Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities. - Meet medical stores, doctors, and healthcare professionals for product promotion (B2B). - Travel within the assigned area for business expansion. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any stream. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Basic understanding of marketing principles (digital & traditional). - Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. - Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Canva, etc. - Having a two-wheeler is a plus.
