Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and field sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database
• Provide timely updates and follow-ups to candidates
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Handle onboarding support when needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
• Freshers are welcomed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have knowledge about job portals like indeed, apna etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
