Join Shine’s Collective 🌟 Position: Digital Marketing & Operations Executive Industry: 925 Silver Jewellery (D2C Brand) Shine’s Collective is a growing online silver jewellery brand, and we’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and organized individual to join our journey. 🔹 What You’ll Do Manage and grow our Instagram & social media presence Create engaging content ideas (reels, posts, captions, stories) Handle basic digital marketing (Instagram ads, collaborations, promotions) Manage inventory & product listings (Google Sheets / basic tools) Assist with sales coordination (DMs, WhatsApp orders, follow-ups) Track performance & suggest improvements 🔹 What We’re Looking For Good understanding of digital marketing & social media trends Basic knowledge of inventory management Ability to create aesthetic content (Canva, Reels, captions) Comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets Interest in fashion / jewellery / lifestyle brands Self-driven, organised & willing to grow with the brand 🔹 Experience0–2 years experience Freshers with strong skills & interest are welcome 🔹 Location: Bangalore (preferred) 🔹 Why Join Us?
