Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to expand market share, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver measurable business results. Sales LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Build and manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting. Identify new market opportunities, channels, and customer segments. Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners. Drive pricing, contract negotiation, and enterprise-level deal closures. Marketing LeadershipCreate and oversee integrated marketing strategies across digital, brand, and product marketing. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation initiatives. Manage digital activities including email campaigns, and social media. Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to guide decision-making. Plan and manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and ROI tracking. Ensure consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
