• After completing 2 sales:

• Plan and execute

  campaigns in your college
• Generate leads through

  social media, WhatsApp groups, peer outreach

• Help drive revenue and visibility via

  referrals, student clubs, and events

• Regular reporting and communication with the Baoiam growth team

• ₹5,000/month after first

  2 successful admissions

• If you achieve consistent monthly admissions (via referrals or leads):

• Stipend increases to ₹15,000/month
