Job Description

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Support social media management (content creation, posting, engagement tracking).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Help with branding activities, event promotions, and outreach programs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for designing and printing marketing material.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in reporting KPIs.
  • Support the team in organizing medical camps, awareness programs, and corporate tie-ups (for healthcare settings).
  • Assist in maintaining CRM databases and lead generation activities.
  • Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Canva or design tools is a plus.
  • Creative, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
