Sales & Marketing Head

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to lead our client acquisition, brand strategy, and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership within the immigration industry only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversions
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to meet performance targets
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
• Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven Min 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
• Knowledge of immigration services or education consulting is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
