Sales & Marketing Executive – Industrial Magazine (Hybrid / Work from Home)

Location:

Delhi (Hybrid – Work from Home + Field Travel as Required)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our advertising sales, marketing campaigns, and brand outreach efforts. The role involves building relationships with senior industry leaders, attending national events, and pitching advertising opportunities across our media platforms.

This position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home, but requires regular travel across India for sales meetings, client visits, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate leads for advertising sales in print and digital formats.
  • Pitch advertising opportunities, sponsorships, and partnership packages to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and industry associations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and readership.
  • Promote magazine issues, events, and webinars through targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the editorial and design teams for content-based marketing.
  • Manage promotional activities and digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement.

Event Participation & Networking

  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences on behalf of the magazine.
  • Network with industry leaders, influencers, and decision-makers to explore new business opportunities.
  • Represent the magazine as a brand ambassador at corporate events and panel discussions.

Travel & Client Engagement

  • Travel across India for client meetings, industry events, and sales campaigns.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or media/advertising (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
  • Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing sectors will be an advantage.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (Hybrid – Work from Home + Field Travel)

Compensation:

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives + travel allowances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,377.56 - ₹38,235.89 per month
