Job Description

Generate leads, prospect new clients within assigned territory.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Present and promote steel products.
Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate terms, close sales, ensuring profitability.
Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, finance to ensure on-time delivery, proper product quality, and smooth execution of orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, demand & supply fluctuations; provide input for strategy.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree; additional qualification in Business / Marketing / Engineering is a plus.
Minimum 6 years of experience in sales & marketing.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Good personality — confident, persuasive, presentable, able to build rapport.
Strong negotiation & persuasion abilities.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, dealers, distributors, internal teams.
Self-motivated, target driven, result oriented.
Ability to travel within assigned territory frequently.
Good organizational, time management & planning skills.
Prefer Candidate from Steel Industry Background
