Locations & Open Positions: Vadodara – 2 Posts Surat-Hazira – 2 Posts Bharuch – 1 Post Dahej – 1 Post Company Overview: ATAL Techno Associates LLP is a fast‑growing engineering solutions company engaged in supplying, renting, and managing industrial scaffolding systems and mechanical works for major infrastructure and industrial clients across Gujarat. We emphasize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction through technically sound and timely service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads in target industrial segments such as construction, refineries, petrochemicals, and manufacturing. Meet potential customers and introduce company scaffolding solutions and rental services. Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand accounts through repeat business and referrals. Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and proposals according to project requirements. Coordinate with internal scaffolding and technical teams to align customer requirements with project execution. Participate in pricing and negotiation to close profitable sales. Conduct frequent field visits, client meetings, and site inspections as part of regular business development. Report weekly/monthly sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management. Assist in marketing activities including exhibitions, presentations, and content development. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales or construction equipment/scaffolding industry preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and client handling skills. Good understanding of industrial project operations and safety compliance. Proficient in MS Office and capable of managing quotations and reports. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Possess a two‑wheeler and willingness to travel frequently to client sites. Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
