The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of all bakery machinery, electrical and mechanical systems, and utility equipment. The role ensures smooth production operations by minimizing machine downtime and maintaining high safety and hygiene standards within the factory. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and routine maintenance of bakery production machines such as mixers, slicers, ovens, chillers, proofers, and conveyors. Handle oven cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and repair electrical motors, gear systems, and machine components . Conduct maintenance and cleaning of gas banks , gas pipelines, and safety valves. Perform AC, refrigerator, and cold room maintenance and troubleshooting. Carry out electrical maintenance work such as lighting, fan installation, switchboard, and wiring repairs. Keep maintenance logs and preventive maintenance schedules updated. Coordinate with production and QA teams to ensure timely maintenance without disrupting production. Identify potential equipment faults and recommend suitable upgrades or replacements.
