Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Solar) to identify, engage, and convert potential leads for solar rooftop systems. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. Freshers with strong interest are encouraged to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, cold calling, market mapping, exhibitions, and networking. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. Conduct site surveys & coordinate with technical team for feasibility. Give product demonstrations & explain financial/technical benefits to clients. Follow up with clients to close sales within defined timelines. Prepare quotations and proposals and maintain CRM records. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Coordinate with operations teams for smooth installation & handover. Maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals & repeat business. Required SkillsGood communication & presentation skills. Basic understanding of solar energy concepts (training will be provided for freshers). Ability to convince customers & handle objections professionally. Strong follow-up & negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven & result-oriented. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email communication.
