Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, promoting gym services, and building long-term relationships with members. The role focuses on lead generation, membership conversions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience to support gym growth and retention. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and digital inquiries. Conduct gym tours for potential clients and clearly explain membership packages and benefits. Achieve monthly membership sales targets and contribute to gym revenue goals. Promote personal training, group classes, and other gym services to new and existing members. Build and maintain relationships with members to encourage referrals and renewals. Handle membership paperwork, payment processing, and CRM data updates. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and outreach campaigns. Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve member queries promptly.
