Job Description

Were looking for a go-getter who understands both technical sales and customer behaviour.
As a Marketing and Sales Executive, youll be driving lead generation, client acquisition, andpromotional activities for automation solutions like PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and IoT platforms.Key Responsibilities:Willingness to travel extensively as per business needsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing, CPG, foodprocessing, and other industrial sectors.Generate leads, set up meetings, deliver presentations, and close sales for automationproducts and services.Understand client requirements and work closely with technical teams to offercustomized solutions.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.Create content for brochures, social media, and product decks tailored to industrialclients.Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (plant heads, productionmanagers, etc.).Attend industry expos, trade fairs, and technical seminars to represent the brand.Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategy.Must be open to local, regional, and occasional national travel to visit client sites,attend meetings, provide technical support, and participate in exhibitions or tradeshows.


Qualifications:Bachelors degree in engineering, or Marketing, or related field1-3 years of experience in automation, industrial sales, or B2B marketingMBA (Marketing) is a plus but not mandatoryPerks:Performance-based incentivesExposure to cutting-edge automation projectsTravel allowances for client visitsLearning opportunities in Industry 4.0 techRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, Sensors, IoT)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience in B2B sales or industrial marketingBasic understanding of CRM tools, digital marketing, and lead nurturingAbility to work independently and hit monthly/quarterly targets
