Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives (0–3 years experience) to join our growing team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals. Promote and sell company products/services to meet business objectives. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, accounts) to ensure smooth customer experience. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Business Development / Customer Service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in client handling and negotiation. Basic understanding of sales process and market research. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
