Position Title: Sales Executive – telecalling.

Location: Nagpur.

Experience: 3–4 years in front office operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in a hotel or resort.
Reporting To: Sales /Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive – Telecalling to generate sales over the phone. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable talking to people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Graduate (Preferred Hospitality Background)

Job Specification & Qualification:

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Skills & Competencies: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, customer service excellence, and proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
