Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell solar rooftop power systems under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana and customized solar power plants for commercial users. The ideal candidate will have experience in the renewable energy sector, strong communication skills, and a passion for clean technology. Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and close sales for solar rooftop systems under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme. Develop B2B sales opportunities for solar power plants for commercial and industrial clients. Educate customers about government subsidies, net metering, and financial benefits of going solar. Prepare proposals, quotations, and site assessment reports in coordination with the technical team. Coordinate with DISCOMs, state nodal agencies, and customers for subsidy processing and approvals. Execute targeted marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to attract residential and commercial customers. Identify and build relationships with channel partners, housing societies, and commercial property owners. Keep updated with industry trends, government policies, and competitors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in solar energy sales or renewable energy sector is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of PM Surya Ghar Yojana, solar subsidies, and rooftop solar system installation process. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct site visits, customer meetings, and coordinate with technical teams. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms. Self-starter with a results-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience selling residential rooftop solar systems or commercial solar projects. Network in the solar EPC or government energy schemes domain.
