Client Engagement Engage with prospective and existing customers via email, chat, calls, and video meetings. Understand customer needs and offer tailored digital product or service solutions. CRM Management Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Track and analyze customer behavior and engagement to improve sales performance. Collaboration with Marketing Teams Coordinate with digital marketing teams for promotional campaigns, content strategy, and lead nurturing. Provide feedback from clients to improve marketing strategies and product offerings. Product Knowledge Stay updated with the company’s digital offerings and industry trends. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing models. Customer Support & Relationship Management Follow up with client's post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Target Achievement Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly digital sales targets. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
