Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description Position: Sales Support Executive / Inside Sales Executive Location: Office-based (Borivali West Mumbai) Industry: Industrial Automation / Linear Motion / Machine Tools About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to provide end-to-end office support to our Field Sales Engineers. The role involves quotation preparation, coordination with customers and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and follow up on quotations as per inputs from Field Sales Engineers Coordinate with customers for RFQs, order confirmations, and delivery timelines Communicate with suppliers/principals for pricing, lead time, and technical details Maintain sales records, customer data, and order status in Excel / ERP Support field sales team with documentation, presentations, and reports Track enquiries, orders, dispatches, and payment follow-ups Handle basic email communication with customers and vendors Assist in internal coordination between sales, accounts, and logistics teams Qualification & Experience Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Commerce preferred) 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination / inside sales / office support Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply
