Role Description

Sales (Showroom):

• Greet and assist customers with product selection.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks appealing.
• Handle billing and basic inventory management.

Marketing (Offline & Online):

• Promote products on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook).
• Support in creating marketing content and campaigns.
• Distribute promotional materials and engage in local marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers.

General:

• Keep records of sales and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback on customer demand and new fashion trends.
• Work closely with the team to grow Herskart’s brand reach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience in sales/retail/fashion marketing is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, billing software)
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Passion for fashion and styling
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
