As our company expands, we are looking for driven individuals to strengthen our customer engagement and sales efforts.

Position Overview:

proactive Sales & Marketing Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach:

  Initiate and maintain contact with potential buyers via phone, email, and other channels.

• Introduction & Awareness:

  Introduce Grainville India Private Limited, our operations, and our products to potential customers.

• Appointment Setting:

  Schedule meetings with buyers for when the company's owner visits the buyer's country.

• Sales Facilitation:

  Share product catalogs, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns buyers may have.

• Quotation & Pricing:

  Provide quotations to buyers and handle price negotiations to finalize orders.

• Order Finalization:

  Work with the management team to ensure timely and successful order closures.

• CRM Utilization:

  Update and track all interactions, follow-ups, and deals in Zoho CRM (or any other CRM) to ensure data-driven sales progress.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

• CRM Expertise:

  1-2 years of experience working with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).

• Sales Acumen:

  Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to order finalization.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey our brand message effectively.

• Problem-Solving:

  Ability to address customer queries and provide prompt solutions.

• Negotiation Skills:

  Strong negotiation skills to secure deals while maintaining positive client relationships.

• Remote Work:

  Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities while working from home.
