Role & responsibilities Pitch and present our residential projects to prospective buyers with confidence and clarity. Greet and assist clients who visit our project sites, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Generate and nurture leads through various channels (calls, referrals, site visits, digital campaigns). Handle follow-ups and relationship management for clients who have visited our project sites. Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options. Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly targets. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Stay updated with real estate market trends, project details, and competitor activities. Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records with updated status of visited and follow-up clients. Preferred candidate profile Preferred MBA in Marketing or Any graduates, Sales, or related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales, client servicing, and creating great customer experiences. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
