Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and drive sales growth for our diesel generators. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in a field environment. Roles and Responsibilities Visit various organizations daily to generate leads and sales for diesel generators Execute sales executive duties such as visiting customers, presenting products, and closing deals. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer management skills. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for diesel generators and other power solutions. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales activities, including lead generation, customer handling, and marketing efforts. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their power generation needs Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients Negotiate and close sales deals Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Generate leads and enquiries for diesel generator requirements Benefits: Commuting assistance and pay provided Lunch expenses covered by the company Additional bonus/incentive for each generator sold apart from the salary.
