Job Summary:

dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive

The role involves developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors, identifying new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies to enhance sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong connections with

  dealers, distributors, electricians, contractors, builders, and retailers

  across the assigned territory.
• Generate sales leads,

  negotiate pricing

  , and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct

  market research

  to monitor competition, pricing trends, and market demand.
• Plan and execute

  sales visits, dealer meets, product presentations, and trade promotions.

• Ensure timely order delivery, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and marketing teams

  to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in

  exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

  to strengthen brand presence.
• Submit

  regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

  to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  PVC electrical products

  (conduit, casing & capping, trunking, flexible pipes, etc.).
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

  skills.
• Proven ability to

  develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

  professional.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  within the assigned area.
