We’re expanding our team in Ernakulam and are looking for passionate and motivated Marketing Executives to promote our digital solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive quality lead generation . Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to local and national markets. Generate high-quality leads through online research, outbound communication, and marketing campaigns. Identify, qualify, and follow up with prospects across various sectors. Present Evolvier’s solutions (ERP, mobile apps, e-commerce, digital marketing, staffing) to potential clients. Manage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling sales pitches and marketing content. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure consistent brand engagement. Meet monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in IT/software marketing or sales. Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRMs, and market research. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Goal-oriented, proactive, and a fast learner. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Google Ads. Prior experience in handling inbound and outbound leads. Knowledge of the SME software sales cycle.
