Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, driving sales, executing marketing strategies, and building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Promote and sell software development services including web development, mobile apps, ERP systems, and SaaS solutions.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.)
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal development teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and client behavior.
• Monitor and analyze campaign and sales performance metrics, and report regularly to management.
• Represent the company at networking events, webinars, and tech conferences when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in IT/software industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of software solutions, SaaS products, and IT services
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, and Canva
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
