Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our software development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts to promote our IT services, generate leads, and build a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Optimize company websites and landing pages for SEO and conversion
• Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by posting engaging content regularly
• Create and manage Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and leads
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Write and publish content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales and development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the IT/software sector)
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing
• Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
