Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for building local partnerships, driving awareness campaigns, and converting leads into customers. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who are passionate about making an impact through meaningful services. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to hospitals, clinics, residential communities, and local partners Promote Emoha’s services through both field and digital marketing efforts Conduct and support community events such as health camps and wellness drives Manage leads, maintain follow-ups, and convert prospects into active users Track campaign activities and prepare periodic performance reports Support the brand’s visibility through local engagement and collaboration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in field sales or service-based marketing preferred Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic digital marketing tools Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and travel within Kochi What we offer Opportunity to work in the growing elder care sector Training and mentoring support A collaborative and impact-driven work culture
