Sales & Marketing Executive

·      Proactively generate leads for Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Home Loans through regular field visits and establishing strong market connections. ·      Conduct 4–5 meetings with customers or partners each day to maintain a healthy and consistent lead pipeline. ·      Develop and manage B2B partnerships, particularly with real estate builders for sourcing Home Loans, and collaborate with platforms such as JustDial, trade directories, and local businesses to generate Business Loan leads. ·      Visit customer locations to assist with documentation, carry out verification processes, and complete closing formalities as required. ·      Strive to achieve monthly sales targets, thereby contributing directly to the organisation’s overall business growth. ·      Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. ·      Provide valuable market feedback and insights on competitors to the management team to aid in strategic decision-making. Who Can Apply·      Both freshers and experienced candidates who have a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply. ·      An MBA in Marketing or Finance will be considered an added advantage. ·      Candidates with prior experience in Lending, Fintech, BFSI, DSA, NBFC, Real Estate, or similar field roles will be preferred. ·      The candidate must be comfortable with 100% field work and daily travel as part of their routine. ·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for this position. ·      Candidates should be target-driven, energetic, and possess a go-getter attitude. Compensation·      Attractive fixed salary, which will be determined based on the candidate’s experience. ·      Performance-based incentives of up to ₹50,000 per month. ·      Travel allowance as per the company’s policy.
