Business Setup & Nominee Directors
* Identify and liaise with suitable nominee directors as per Indian Companies Act requirements.
* Support the company incorporation process in India in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
* Assist with opening corporate bank accounts for business operations.
* Coordinate with payment gateway providers (PayU, Razorpay, PayKun, etc.) for merchant onboarding and technical integration.
Compliance & Coordination
* Ensure all activities adhere to Indian regulations and gaming industry guidelines.
* Work closely with management and stakeholders on reporting, approvals, and documentation.
* Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 2-4 years experience in sales/marketing; experience in fintech, gaming, or digital services preferred.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and affiliate marketing.
* Familiarity with company incorporation, nominee directors, banking procedures, or payment gateway integration will be a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English + local language).
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
