Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic selling of software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services. Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions such as software products, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT support services. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demos. Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to customize solutions as per client needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly. Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT solutions industry. Strong understanding of IT products and services like ERP, CRM, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or hardware solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. .
