Overview:
BiG iT Solution is seeking dynamic and driven Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and attracting students to our diverse range of training programs. If you have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from BiG iT Solution's services. Develop and implement strategies to reach new markets and increase our client base.
  • Training Program Enrollment: Promote our training programs to prospective students. Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive enrollment and enhance program visibility.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and prospective clients. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote BiG iT Solution.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Use this information to tailor marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Sales and Marketing Materials: Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media content. Ensure all materials effectively communicate the benefits of our services and training programs.
  • Reporting: Track and report on marketing campaign performance and client acquisition efforts. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
