Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (Masala Products) Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Industry: FMCG – Spices & Masala Products Location: Bihar and Jharkhand Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are a growing FMCG brand specializing in high-quality Masala and spice products. Our goal is to bring authentic flavors to every kitchen while expanding our reach in both retail and wholesale markets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell company’s masala/spice products in assigned areas. Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, and supermarkets to increase product visibility and sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle order collection, payment follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Conduct market surveys to identify competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. Support in launching promotional schemes, in-shop branding, and marketing activities. Provide regular reports on sales, collection, and market feedback to management. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Prior experience in FMCG / food products sales will be an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to travel locally for field visits. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp for reporting.
