Our goal is to bring authentic flavors to every kitchen while expanding our reach in both retail and wholesale markets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell company’s masala/spice products in assigned areas. Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, and supermarkets to increase product visibility and sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle order collection, payment follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Conduct market surveys to identify competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. Support in launching promotional schemes, in-shop branding, and marketing activities. Provide regular reports on sales, collection, and market feedback to management. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Prior experience in FMCG / food products sales will be an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to travel locally for field visits. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp for reporting.

Develop new markets and expand customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Ensure product visibility, placement, and availability in retail stores. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management. Execute sales schemes, promotional campaigns, and trade offers effectively. Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments. Maintain sales reports, visit records, and update management regularly. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of FMCG / spices industry preferred. Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure. Good networking and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Qualification & Experience Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food & spices). Freshers with strong sales drive may also apply.
