Sales Marketing Engineer

Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Engineer at ICON Controls Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Regional Sales Directors. You will also be tasked with developing new clients, generating revenue, and maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and exceed target-based sales, identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research and mapping new markets. - Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assess customers" needs, and provide assistance and information on product features. - Collaborate with coworkers to ensure proper customer service, conduct promotion activities and marketing initiatives to achieve sales goals. - Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options, cross-sell products, and build productive trust relationships with customers. - Actively seek out customers, introduce the company, generate leads/enquiries, and focus strongly on converting every enquiry into an order. - Prepare marketing and promotion strategies, plans, and organize presentations to develop new clients, as well as prepare offers based on enquiries generated by self and public tenders. - Constantly interact with prospects, maintain cordial business relationships with key clients, and coordinate with the project, planning, and procurement departments for timely responses on sales leads. Qualification Required: - Degree in B.Tech/B.Sc/Diploma (Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics) is required. - Minimum 14 years of experience in projects/turnkey projects marketing, business development in EPC/turnkey contracts/projects marketing. - Familiarity with EPC-related business/market and good contacts for new EPC business for the company. - Effective presentation skills and the ability to coordinate with various departments for timely responses on sales leads.
