Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator based in Lucknow. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, organizing events, creating promotional materials, and engaging with community members and vendors. The role also includes analyzing market trends and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and increase sales.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Operations & Vendor Relations: Serve as vendor liaison, ensure smooth on-site operations and compliance.
• Inventory & Stall Management: Oversee stall setups, vendor requirements, and replenishment needs.
• Workshop & Activity Planning: Conceptualize and schedule workshops (e.g., climate zone talks, arts) and liaise with facilitators.
• Responsible for submitting daily work reports following the company ethics and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Sales skills

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Project Management

• Excellent Writing skills for creating promotional content

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Experience with social media management and digital marketing is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
