Job Description

As a Data Analysis and Customer Behavior Assessment specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing existing sales data to identify patterns in customer buying behavior. Your role will involve developing detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting key insights and potential areas for revenue optimization. Utilizing data visualization tools, you will effectively present your findings to management. In addition to data analysis, you will engage with customers to understand the rationale behind their purchasing behaviors. This will involve conducting outreach to both high and low purchasing segments, collecting qualitative data through interviews, surveys, or direct feedback sessions, and compiling customer insights to identify common themes, pain points, and motivators. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential for developing targeted sales promotions based on data analysis and customer feedback. You will be involved in creating marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales among identified low-purchase segments while maintaining high-purchase customer loyalty. Your contribution will also include assisting in the development of promotional materials, sales collateral, and marketing content. Operational coordination is a key aspect of this role, as you will need to work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and promotional campaigns. Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, providing feedback to the marketing and sales leadership, and adjusting strategies and plans based on performance analysis and operational feedback are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience in sales analysis, marketing coordination, or related roles is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective customer engagement. You should also have the ability to develop actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data, experience in creating and executing sales and marketing plans, and be detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
