We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving our company s growth. You will generate new business leads in this role, develop and implement marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships. You will be a vital part of our Sales and Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, attending industry events, and leveraging social media. -
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine their suitability for our products and services. -
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. -
Negotiation and Closing:
Skilfully negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients. -
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. -
Sales Targets:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Marketing

assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the company s goals. -
Content Creation:
Create engaging and informative marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns. -
Digital Marketing:
Manage the company s social media presence, execute online marketing activities, and leverage digital channels to reach target audiences. -
Campaign Analysis:
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. -
Market Research:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Requirements For Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. -
Experience:
2+ years of proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in the technology or web solutions industry.
