Job Description

1. Market & Competitor Research

Conduct in-depth research on hardware stores, dealers, distributors, and regional market trends.
Assist in surveying competitor pricing, product portfolios, and promotion tactics.
Prepare concise, data-driven market intelligence reports for strategic insights.

2. Government Tenders & Specification Management

Regularly monitor government procurement platforms (e.g., Central/State eprocurement sites) for open bids.
Analyze tender documents and extract relevant technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare preliminary specifications, cost estimates, and bid documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.

3. Stakeholder Engagement Support

Collaborate with Government contractors, builders, architects, and public officialsscheduling site visits, calls, or meetings.
Assist in proposal preparation tailored to client needs and technical architecture standards.
