Job Description

Role Overview:

The E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth through effective management of e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. This includes product listings, content optimization, performance marketing campaigns, ROI management, and maintaining strong relationships with platform account managers. The candidate will oversee end-to-end execution of all digital sales and marketing activities to ensure maximum visibility, engagement, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Management

  • Manage brand presence and online stores across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
  • Oversee product listings ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
  • Maintain and optimize brand stores on all platforms for superior customer experience and conversion.
  • Ensure timely listing of new products and stock availability.

2. Performance Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Analyze and manage ad spends to ensure maximum ROI and efficient cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • A/B test creatives, product pages, and ad copies to improve conversions.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies, offers, and campaigns to increase sales and visibility.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversion rate, ACoS, ROAS, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine listings, campaigns, and pricing strategies.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and account representatives.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce partners to explore marketing opportunities, joint campaigns, and visibility plans.

5. Brand & Content Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all listings, ads, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for product imagery, videos, and enhanced content (A+ / rich content).
  • Keep updated with platform policies, trends, and competitor activities.
