Job Description

Objectives of the Role

  • Develop creative and engaging content aligned with the companys brand and goals.
  • Drive brand visibility through consistent marketing, digital, and social activities.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and email.
  • Ensure website content and updates are current, relevant, and aligned with ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth coordination and task management for marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit content for websites, blogs, newsletters, marketing emails, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across all major platforms with planned content calendars.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure timely execution and reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing from drafting and design coordination to sending and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate website updates, banners, and other marketing-related content changes.
  • Work closely with design and marketing teams for brand promotions, product launches, and storytelling.
  • Handle day-to-day task management for marketing operations to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest creative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling, content creation, and creative thinking ability.
  • Proficiency in managing social media, campaigns, and email marketing tools.
  • Organized and efficient in handling multiple projects and task management.
  • Able to communicate seamlessly and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content writing, social media, marketing campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar), and project/task management tools like Trello or Asana.
  • Experience managing website content (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous content, campaigns, or social work.
